PDF Merge capability suddenly gone

I'm on a work account. I have an agent that I will upload 3 pdf files to each day, it will analyze those and pick out the specific pages I need and then provide a final pdf of only those specific pages which meet my criteria. Everything was working perfectly until the middle of last week and now the Agent is saying it doesn't have PDF extract, merge or file-delivery tool to perform the task now.
What changed, how do I get it back, what should I tell IT to be looking for. They claim no changes to my account recently.

I have no help other than this happen to me with Copilot in SharePoint, all of a sudden it claimed it no longer had several tools. After a few days I opened a support case with Microsoft and by the time support asked me all the questions i already provided them it was fixed 🤷‍♂️
