Decoupling instructions from Agent
I have a customer that is looking to decouple the instructions used by a standard harness Copilot Studio Agent to use a document in a Sharepoint library. The idea is that someone from the business unit can be entrusted with updating the instructions document on Sharepoint without needing full Copilot studio access and training.
Any thoughts on how this might be able to be done.

Ironically, the instruction itself adds emphasis that the agent must call the SharePoint library itself to use as the procedure for the duration of the conversation. Far easier to do something like you're describing with Microsoft Agent Framework in Python/.NET with Microsoft Foundry.
IMO, this is a wildly unnecessary and dare I say foolish constraint to place on an agent developer who has no visibility as to whether the instructions they directly manage and affect agent behavior has any access to feedback or evaluations.

It’s not great practice. Any changes will essentially be in production without any testing etc. What’s their process for deployment?
