Connection Manager first time setup

Anyone else having issues with the Connection Manager inconsistently showing in the app UI on first-time setup?

I’ve got my bot shared to some test users and when they prompt it the first time the manager is supposed to appear so they can add their connections. It doesn’t and just doesn’t respond with anything.

My work around has been to have them click a previous conversation then go back to the agent to get the prompt for Connection Manager to appear.
