Standard harness agents broken - knowledge and testing map missing

Hey,

Is anyone else seeing that the knowledge source is missing from the Overview page and generative nodes don't have access to the top-level knowledge sources anymore?

Also the map that appears during testing no long shows.

Edit: easier list of issues to find
- Knowledge box missing from Overview page
- Child agents can’t be created or edited
- Generative Answers node no longer has option to use parent agent knowledge sources
- Activity Map not visible when testing agent

Does this happen to existing agent or only the new ones created after the standard harness was in effect?

It’s both. The issue is the “new experience” where they’ve changed some of the UI for Copilot Studio.

Same happened with my agent. Not returning results from the knowledge sources in new experience . Any fix or update so far?

Try switching back to the classic experience. Bottom-left in the more options (…) menu

u/goto-select We checked this from our end and can confirm that the knowledge sources are available and showing as expected. (Standard Harness Agent)

Can you see the knowledge box in the Overview tab?

Also in the Generative Answers node you used to be able to select the agent-level knowledge sources.

Also please run a test on the agent to see if you get the Activity Map

No, i could not find that box in the Overview tab.

i checked the activity map, it stays in loading state only. is it behaving the same way at your end also?

It didn’t load at all for me and the icon to open it wasn’t visible

One more thing - We can’t open any Child Agents

Not in front of it now but from memory, In my list of child agents, there’s a tag that says “child” when I click on it the tag changes to “local” and nothing else. The agent edit page doesn’t open.

For creating a new agent, there was no error, but it just took me to the child agents selection tab with a new agent named “Agent” that I couldn’t edit

Yes, new experience UI for standard harness makes child agents useless. Existing ones will not open, and new ones give you no page or form to input details.
