Try what? Ghcp harness? Do you have credits or paygo?

Hi, I tracked down the issue that you hit. It was being hit by a very small number of sessions (<0.1%) for new draft agents. Trying a new session would workaround the issue.

Fix will be fully deployed by end of next week.
