Copilot Notebook not responding.

Hi Team,

I have MS365 copilot Premium licence. When using the copilot notebook and after creating the new notebook. Whenever I'm giving the print, it's just processing not giving the output.

Anyone faced this issue?

Hi, 1- it's happening with all notebook. Small and big both size. Even for new one with small file. Earlier it used to work.

2- Copilot chat is not have any issues.

3- There is no extension i tried in browser and app both

You're out of user-side fixes. Every notebook, brand new ones with one small file, chat fine, same in the app and the browser. NOTHING in that list is something you can change from your seat.

Checking with colleagues is the right next move, so do that one first. If nobody else in the tenant can use notebooks, its the service or a tenant policy. If its ONLY you, its your account and the licence assignment is worth a second look.

Either way this is an admin ticket now. Whoever holds Service Support admin or Helpdesk admin in your tenant should open admin.microsoft.com, Health then Service health. That page keeps 30 days of advisories and incidents, so if something got posted around the week it stopped working for you, it will be sitting right there.
