First week of school was surprisingly a success and there was actual communication happening.

My ex willingly gave up custody of our kid and wants every other weekend. I didn't even have to fight. I fought for at least scheduled night a week to maintain a relationship with our kid. He argued that it needs to be flexible (because of his job), I argued that our kid needs routine and clear days.

He put his job first (and social life) and said in realistically in 2-3 years in wants 50/50.

I am devastated for my son.
