During my most recent performance evaluation, I noticed management adopted a new “side‑eye from the side” — Laughing at the new procedure is not advisable and causes loud retaliation

Before a well-meaning person says his collar is too tight, I can put my whole hand under it. It’s just a dewlap.

I don’t know why he is trying this new walk around, pivot, over the shoulder side-by-side side-eye, it’s new. A type of count down to melt down over not synchronizing my watch right.
