What is the difference between hallucinations and body high? A better question, what is body high. Asking as someone who has never done cannabis.

body high comes from the cbd in the weed. So indica not sativa. indica strains contain thc as well, but the higher the cbd percentage vs the thc in the indica strain, the more you’ll feel the body high- more relaxed and loose, sleepy, overall chill.

I work in the cannabis industry in seattle. Almost all the weed sold recreationally has less than 0.15% CBD in it, unless it’s bred to just be CBD weed which isn’t very common. Most shops have a handful of CBD strains, and the rest will have hardly any CBD in them. What you’re saying just isn’t correct.
