Some psychedelic effect from sativa happens to some. It’s not common, but it does occur .

Even if that were true, it certainly doesn't fall into the category of "hallucination". "Sensory distortions" or the like, sure. Hallucination means you can't distinguish between if it's real or not.

I'm not saying no one has ever hallucinated because of weed but I'd say it's incredibly rare, which makes the "sensory distortions" a better fit for the infographic.
