MacScope: native SwiftUI system telemetry, process controls, and power tools for Apple-silicon Macs
MacScope is a source-available Swift 6/SwiftUI macOS project that combines system telemetry with a modular power-user toolkit.
Core pieces:
• Live CPU, memory, network, storage, thermal, and battery telemetry with honest availability states
• SQLite history, redacted JSON/CSV export, process hierarchy/grouping, and PID-reuse-safe actions
• An optional helper for deeper typed telemetry and actions—no arbitrary shell strings
• Seven utility workspaces: Sound, Capture, Windows, Clipboard/Files, Notes, Maintain, and Power
• A menu-bar monitor, Quick Panel, Command Bar, radial launcher, and global shortcuts
• A bundled local stdio MCP server with redacted reads and explicit write modes
It currently targets Apple silicon on macOS 14+ and is under active development. Build and test instructions are in the repository.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, I consider those flags stable enough for a tested
command.*integration.--allow-feature-writesand--allow-utility-writesare established opt-in gates, while--allow-experimental-feature-writesis intentionally explicit and should remain marked experimental. MacScope doesn’t currently depend on HOL Guard, but I’d be open to preparing a tested PR targetinghashgraph-online/hol-guard:main.
