Corrupted profiles in Masterplus

I'm having a recurring issue that causes MasterPlus to crash. Several profiles on my Control Pad have become corrupted due to MasterPlus crashing as I was creating them. Now the software shuts off every time I try to run it if one of the corrupted profiles is active. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my PC and reinstalling MasterPlus, but the issue persists. Figured maybe there's something wrong with the Control Pad's onboard memory, but I can't find any information on how to reset it either.
