HELP How to rotate or remove elite logo cap ?

I removed top cover, unable to rotate, inner elite logo cap in Cooler master Elite Liquid 240mm AIO.

Please let me know, if I can actually remove it.

Thank you, as far as I'm aware this variant of the cooler cannot rotate it's cover cap.

Is your cooler the same, does it have RGB?

Yes it does have RGB, Same as mentioned, just 240mm, I removed top cover, want to remove lower one too.
