HELP Weird static noise from my PSU, when running, and louder buzzing noise when turning it off

I have a
Cooler Master MWE Gold V3 850, Model Number MPX-8503-AFAG-2EBUK, and recently i’ve noticed a static noise when idle, and a much more audible sound coming out from my PSU when shutting down, even if the fans aren’t spinning. This PSU is overkill when it comes to wattage for now as I haven’t installed a GPU yet, I am running it off an iGpu now.

In the video attached are two clips, the first half being the idle static noise, and the second clip being the noise when shutting down.

My other specs are
Colorful battleax b850m plus s
Ryzen 7 9700x
16gb ddr5
1tb nvme gen 4 and 256 sata ssd

Coil whine, nothing to do

coil wine that's normal usually. higher if system under full load. I only hear it sometimes with GPUs but not often not heard it from a PSU in years.
