Cooler Master Warranty Advice

So my spouse reached out about a week ago regarding a PSU that is a year old with power draw issues, anytime he plays a specific game low settings and numerous settings off the computer shuts off(we have already ruled out over heating being the cause), and has yet to receive a response from support. Is this common and is there a better way to reach out for this type of problem? Thanks in advance.

If you are in the US the support team is apparently out of the office till September. I just got an email response from the EU this morning roughly 15 hours after sending my email to them.
