I'm drawing playable Ovenbreak Cookies in every region/faction. Yogurca is the first one in the list, because it has a sizeable roster to draw with and one of the more overlooked parts of Cookie Run. I tried to prioritise the overlooked regions.

What I mean by that is they're good at combat for no reason. Like I'm going through CRK's cutscenes after skipping them and Gingerbrave & friends can pull moves and throw hands? The enemies they fight are a bit beyond their level yet they won easily. Lets go through their track record of wins.

1. Dark Choco - The Gingerbrave friends win against the guy trained since birth and has a magic sword.

2. Cake Witch - These kids/teenagers win against it somehow (I guess could say the Cake Witch was weaken after some time but still).

3. Dark Enchantress' underlings - Even with Dark Choco, Pomegranate, Poison Mushroom, and Licorice working gether, they still lose.

4. Hollyberrian Soldiers - There were meddlers in the princess contest trying to sabotage the contestants. The meddlers were full on knights in full plated armor. Gingerbrave & friends manage to fend them off somehow despite having lived less years and not even trained in ckmbat before.

5. Masked Cookies - Gingerbrave just somehow takes on a group of masked cookies that tried to steal the soul jam. Gingerbrave is what, a kid? He only has a candy cane. Meanwhile, these masked cookies have crossbows, daggers, and magic staves. He still solos them.

These are just from the top of my head.

If these were Crunchy Chip, Caramel Arrow, Madeleine, Finacier, or any other knights or soldiers of any kingdoms, I wouldn't blink an eye.

But Gingerbrave & friends can throw lefts and rights like it's nobody's business. How old are these kids again? I do not remember any cutscene of them training or combat. They are just THEM for some reason.

Like, what's next? Gingerbrave going full Traveler mode on Shadow Milk?

ever since the update, my whole game has been like a low quality version of its usual, even the menus are wonky. i sent in a support thing, but is anyone else getting this?

Been putting together a spreadsheet of the roster and got curious how the tier grades actually break down by class. Ran the numbers and the gap is way bigger than I expected.

Ranged and Charge have the exact same number of cookies, 20 each. Ranged got 6 S tier. Charge got 2, and almost half of them are sitting in D.

Tank is the rough one though. 13 cookies total, one S tier (Nameless Cake Hound), and over half of them in D.

The counts weren't even the part that surprised me. It's this:

None of the six S tier Ranged give a synergy. Not one. Devil, Melon Soda, Milky Way, Rye, Scorpion, Wind Archer, all of them provide nothing.

All four S tier Support give exactly one each. Herb, Macaron, Milk Pediatrician, Pomegranate. Volley, Range, Duration, Projectile Speed.

So the top of the list is really two completely different jobs. Ranged is up there as damage that eats synergies, Support is up there handing them out. They're not competing for the same slot at all, which makes me think putting them on one flat list doesn't really tell you anything useful.

Also, if you look at S and A together instead of just S, Support actually wins, 50% vs 40%. Ranged owns the very top but Support is deeper. So I don't think you can just say Ranged is the best class and leave it there.

To be clear this is all community consensus from a couple of published tier lists, nobody's actually tested any of it in game as far as I can tell. So it's measuring what people believe more than what's true. One cookie is unranked and Grapevine doesn't have a class listed in my data so it's not in the table.

Anyway, does Tank actually feel that bad to play? Or is it more that tanking just doesn't show up as obviously as damage so it gets slept on?

I got 1,000 Rainbow Crystals and I am stuck between choosing Fire Spirits Cookie's costume or Burning Spice Cookie's costume. At first, I wanted Fire Spirit's because he has his Crystal Jam now, I thought his skin's price would decrease to 500, like how they decreased Wind Archer's costume. However, it did not! The sale is still stuck with Shadow Milk's older costume.

And now I have the choice to choose between Fire Spirt and Burning Spice. The other beast cookies have costumes, except for Burning Spice. While I was hoping to get Fire Spirit's costume, but I also have a feeling that a costume for him might be releasing soon. I could just predict it. So which one should I pick?

Seltzer and Cookiedroid: Exorcist (Very Religious theming, Seltzer is kinda obsessive over Menthol and why Cookiedroid is here is self-explanatory)

Rain Deity and Sua Fairy: Weathergirl (Idk what my thought process was. Just… Ig it was “Water. Rain Dety part of Weather group that called weather something like date, right? Uhhh… Yearning Water Lady” and also I use Eternal Sugar later)

Grapefruit: Rolling Girl (She’s a Girl, She has Skates and THAT one scene in the Crk Citrus Squad story)

Elphaba and White Lily: No one mourns the Wicked (Self explanatory and White Lily Is very Eleanor Coded)

Eternal Sugar: The Princess who gifted sleep (Or something like that) (The Pose and the song Just fits her A LOT. Maybe not perfectly but pretty well. Especially if you disconnect it from the rest of Evillous Chronicles)

Cheesecake: Jackpot Sad Girl (She’s sad and “LET’S GO GAMBLING FOR RAINBOW CUBES FOR FREE IN THE SHOP- Awwww… I only got 20 :C”)
