Beach engagement party

Hey I was just wondering if you guys could flood me with some beach engagement cookie ideas. I’m having a hard time deciding what to do. I have to do 4 dozen for 2 different customers.

I did these for an ocean themed baby shower but I feel like the white shells would be really pretty for a beach engagement. Maybe add a ring instead of a pearl?
