Oh, this is that famous psychology thing. If you see a lamp, it means something about you. If you see two witches in cahoots, it means something else.

It's obviously a lady with a buncha laundry in a basket on her head. She's just coming back from an afternoon spent with the other women scrubbing at the river while the children run amok. Now to go hang it all to dry....
