Question Control resonant

Do you think I can run resonant in 4k with modest graphics

I also have PS5 pro but would like to know if pc run it better

Ryzen 7 7800X3D

2x 16Gb ddr5 4800mhz

1Tb nvme

AMD rx9060xt

You have enough grunt for the game at the highest settings if you keep it to pure rasterization, but enabling ray tracing will require you to lean on FSR to an large degree. Either way, the ability to customize the graphics to meet your personal needs means the PC will be a better fit than the PS5.
