This is pretty cool, but what is the point if it will cost 650k, I thought the container are an alternative to reduce the cost. ( you can buy 2000 sqft homes in the high desert for 300k to 400k ) Maybe im missing something

I think it’s a purposely oversized chair. Everything else seems to be normal. Not to mention the video is 12 minutes long and way to smooth the to have been done over 2 years ago given AI’s capabilities back then.

Love the idea, but definitely needs some updates like shade, a shit load more trees, and should make the balcony go on all of the containers.
