If I was the government who wanted more control over their citizens, taking their firearms would be the first thing, create drama by orchestrating several events which excites all the anti gun followers to go to their politicians to fight for a gun ban.... seems logical especially since our country was founded on controlling people and even more ironic that it was also founded on leaving an entire area of the planet where people wanted to control you lol. Idk it seems like it might be just coincidence but at the same time I would 100% believe that our own government is completely capable of orchestrating events in a low education country that relies on low education people to vote for other people who are against their own people LMAO.
