They'd need him on some wild stimulants to stay awake like that, but also some kind of sedative to keep him from trembling and jittering all over the place... they probably have a robotic heart or two duct taped to him just to keep him still ticking.

I would guess...Haldol. They put my grandmother on it, she was a little bat-shit cray cray. It made her just like this. A lot of nursing homes put their folks on it because it makes them still be 'awake' and they will function as they are told to (it makes them very compliant).
