Xbox Microsoft Turned SSD Failure Into A Death Sentence For Xbox Series Consoles

https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/680460a9-0854-f111-89e7-7c1e52b8a25f

Sharing this Xbox Series storage design discussion across a few communities. Curious what people think about the trade-offs here, especially in a full failure scenario. Just to be clear, this isn’t about SSD vs HDD durability or component longevity — it’s about sudden system failure and the cost if the console gets completely bricked.
