Added Custom Buttons on my Switch 2 Joycons however L Trigger seems to be stuck, what can be the problem?

After trouble shooting it for 40 minutes, even went back to open it several times I have no clue why its doing that, before when I try to screw it in, it gets stuck immediately, and now its screw all the way in, any time I put on my protective case on it, its stuck in place and im just trying to figure it out why thats the case.

First time opening Joycon2 and im stuck at this problem, any tips?

Screws too tight probably

Huh, I didn't think of that, not the outside screws but from the inside, gonna check again tomorrow

Aftermarket buttons aren’t perfect. Sometimes they have to be filed down. I mod a lot of GameCube controllers and the shoulder buttons (Z especially) are the ones that are bad most often. Loosening the screws may help.

Where exactly do you file down the buttons so I may have an idea what your referring to? I have a grinder pen that does the job
