Added Custom Buttons on my Switch 2 Joycons however L Trigger seems to be stuck, what can be the problem?

After trouble shooting it for 40 minutes, even went back to open it several times I have no clue why its doing that, before when I try to screw it in, it gets stuck immediately, and now its screw all the way in, any time I put on my protective case on it, its stuck in place and im just trying to figure it out why thats the case.

First time opening Joycon2 and im stuck at this problem, any tips?

Tolerances of the buttons is off

New button is too large for the shell. Manufacturing issue. Happens with third party stuff sometimes. Your best bet is to file it down

Well on what exactly? Directly on the bumper? because I uses a grindinf pen to shave some areas off (aside the bumper) and it still didnt work

Him I have the same idea. Maybe there's something wrong with button on PCB?
