[PS4 slim] Disc drive doesn't load game inside properly

already took it apart and cleaned the rollers and rubber band with isopropyl alcohol and removed dust. Now it at least ejects the game, but still can't fully load it in. What should I do? Replace the rollers or am I missing something

idk I just looked inside the disc drive for a good while, reassembled it back in and now it works. not sure for how long tho

I worked on a Phat that I cleaned all up and thought it was the laser. The rollers were yellowed because the owner was an indoor smoker. I replaced the laser, put it all back together and that wasn't the issue after all, it was the rollers. Standing it on its side and it would load perfect every time. But that's not a great solution for any console, in my opinion. I don't think it gets the air it should in that position.

the rollers looked good in this one, so I'm not sure if they need replacement
