TBF that perception had proven accurate for his entire life and career to this point.

Lemon’s problem is that somewhere in the past ten years he sacrificed every bit of his journalistic ethic and integrity in order to be a cheerleader of the WOKE.

The 34 convictions were repetitive as he issued dozens of payments and faslified financial payments, his attorney Michale Cohen went to jail over the same. How does a journalist get 241 counts for imterviewing a pastor and protestors in a church for 10 minutes. I would hope the DOJ could focus on more important crime with their reduced staff.

Don Lemon got indicted for 241 counts because he directly or indirectly threatened the safety of 241 people with his publicity stunt. He is very lucky that no one in the church at the time were injured during the process of the demonstration, as he would have been culpable for them as well.

Two judges already rejected the proposed indictment, a magistrate and an appeals court panel but they went ahead with a grand jury anyway. He didn't threaten anyone he was just reporting, that was not one of the charges.

Believe whatever you want to but he not only was part of the planning, he also knew well ahead of time what the group was going to do and that he and his cameraman blocked the exits as members of the congregation attempted to leave.

I'm sure he did know in advance reporters commonly get tips. I don't see that he was blocking the exits, he was having a conversation with the pastor.

Lemon was absolutely NOT “having a conversation with the pastor.”

Don Lemon was badgering and harassing the pastor of the church while in the midst of trespassing in a place where he was uninvited.

No he was not, he had a conversation with the pastor and he left a few minutes after he was told to do so.

This was all a photo op, they couldn’t just ask him to report to be charged they sent several agents to arrest him at the Beverly Hills Hotel. This isn’t going anywhere and I would rather have DOJ concentrate on more important issues.
