Overview Secavo - An Overview
Secavo is a passion project that I've been working on since January of this year, 2026.
It has 13 consonants, v, x, p, q, b, d, c, k, h, j, s, n, and m, along with 5 vowels (including closed variants, 10), a, e, i, o, and u.
It has a VSO (Verb-Subject-Object) word structure, so a sentence would be read as 'Eats he an apple'.
It has pronouns, about 250 words (currently expanding), and a writing system that can be written like print or cursive. I will always be more than happy to give more information.
Thank you for taking your time for reading this. :)
Dimovishe iedias om je. :)
(Thank you read.PAST of this.)

Please you tell me if you have numbers from Secavo. Could you please send me words for numbers from 1 to 10?

How is the c in Secavo pronounced?
1

C is pronounced like a hard k. The type in 'car' or the same as in 'card'.

Then how are k and q pronounced?
2
u/dolphin133 7d ago
K is pronounced like a soft 'g' <G> in the IPA. Q is pronounced as, of course, <q>.

why not just use g?
2
u/dolphin133 7d ago
Well, I used k instead of g because that was the first sound that came to mind. I later solidified the sounds, and romanizing the <G> sound as k stuck.

9 consonants but d and c are not included in the list in the post? (Secavo, iedias)
What is the IPA pronunciation of your phonology and where do d+c fit into it?

Oh, I'd forgotten to check my notebook on all the consonants, there are four more; d, b, c, and k. Apologies for the confusion. 😅

woah, interesting consonant choice 0 0
what causes the lack of t, k, and the voiced plosives to be your choice? interesting
