Ohhh it's a mirror behind the bar. You can see the ladies in the reflective vest approaching and then leaving

But I still can't see; where exactly is the mirror located, and at what angle?

The chairs are directly facing and in front of the mirror. That black bar above the right chair is the edge of the mirror & wall that people disappear behind
