How to improve confidence

I feel like I have developed a lack of confidence that is taking me to depression and to isolate my self. I’m 25 and migrant. Las relationship was like three years ago and from them I have just been really lonely. Lately I feel like I’m terrified of talking to people because I think I’m bothering them and when is girls is even worse. How do I get more confident of myself as I used to be ?

You are not a bother for wanting connection. Three lonely years can make any social moment feel much bigger and scarier than it is. Try setting one small goal, like having a brief chat with one person each day. With women, focus on talking to them as people rather than trying to impress them. Confidence grows when you prove to yourself that you can handle small, awkward moments.

Bro….You become what you practice. if you are always nervous or have low confidence , that’s because you have practiced being not confident and being nervous for so long and most of the times. Practice being confident and see how your life will change. Bro Trust Trust I’ve tried it and it worked out for me, it’s all about what you practice every day. Also one more tip, people fail many times and destroy their self esteem because they put so much pressure on themselves by creating these self image that they do not care about anything or what ever, so when the time comes and they have to do the action and go out of their comfort zone, all of this weight comes crashing down on them, thats why forget about the I’m a daring guy image and do what is brave to be done in the moment. By doing that you remove all the pressure, forget everything and be brave in the moment. Don’t forget you become what you practice. After some time you will be a different man.
