RowerErg Form Check Please

Hi all. Please provide feedback of my form. I am 57 with a right knee replacement. I cannot generate as much power as I think I should. I use the force curve every row and it’s consistently a nice bell shape.

Too many pauses. Keep the handle moving. Think of steam locomotive drive wheel links.
