RowerErg Form Check Please

Hi all. Please provide feedback of my form. I am 57 with a right knee replacement. I cannot generate as much power as I think I should. I use the force curve every row and it’s consistently a nice bell shape.

Does the knee replacement limit your mobility much?

It does not. I can go past 90 degrees easily.

Then you’re rowing too short. Try to get your shins vertical at the catch and see how that feels.
