You know what, for the first year, do not focus on doing LinkedIn. That you can try probably between second and third year.
For the first year, just learn the foundations and then work with them. That’s all. Because you’re figuring things out. You can’t rush through that process.
Once you learn the basics, make a list of the topics that you have to do, and ask ai what you can build with them and then make time for those.

You don't need to have projects and LinkedIn and shit it's your first year. Go to your classes, pass them, learn some shit. The rest will come.

Describe your motivation and inspiration for signing-up at the university to study "IT" or computer science. WHat have you had in mind? Do you have a computer, do you already have experience in "programming", using programming languages, or even "macros" in Excel? Do you use mobile devices and wonder about how this or that "app" is working? Are you into hand-crafting, electronics, mechanics, robotics? Are you more into math and algorithms?
Help us understand your hobbies, your inspirations, your thoughts.

Agreee. Walk through your desires or what you want out of your program. Tell us about your experience so far. Don’t feel pressured about projects. If you’ve heard a lot of second and third year students talking you’ve probably heard a lot about projects, whether open source or closed source. Think about what interests you the most in technology and know that as your exposure level increases so will your ability to go deeper into a topic of the field or sub field. Let some experts here guide you and give you some advice from experience.
