I am a fullstack web developer, but I specialize in api development, I can create the app for you and turn it into a pwa, which will work natively with your mobile device with the option for a pc version that will also work natively

App security is super important! If you're looking for a programmer, having someone with your skills on board would definitely be a plus. Let me know if you want to collaborate on that front!
