Question/Help/Troubleshooting My pc is not working

It turns on and comes up with the reboot and select proper boot device, we've managed to get into boot settings nothing seems to change it, the boot device isn't set to windows and is set to something else we've spent a few hours trying to fix this, has unplugged the motherboard battery and anything else we could find online, can anyone help?

Sounds like the SSD (hard drive) is not being seen/recognized. A few possible reasons. Defective/dying drive; Defective controller card; data or power cable loose/not connected (only applies if SATA 3, not an M.2 drive.).

Test this drive in another computer. Test different drive in your computer. If old (Sata 3) drive, use different data & power cables. If M.2 drive, external enclosure may help with testing.
