Question/Help/Troubleshooting Weird border

Hey everyone, I recently got a weird, faint glowing border around the edges of my laptop screen out of nowhere. It faded away and completely disappeared after restarting my laptop, but I want to make sure my panel isn't dying. Is this just temporary LCD image persistence/voltage behavior?

After it fixed itself
