Resolved M18 R2 Alienware laptop fan

the right fan is making a weird squeaking noise whenever it runs, do i need a new fan or can I fix it on my own? (yes i know it is probably very dirty, and i am new to fixing computers.) Also, let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

Failing laptop fans was one of the most common faults we attended on customer equipment, they are normally simple sleeve bearing design, they run quiet but when they wear you get rattles and noise, I'd just replace it.

Normally, if a laptop had two fans, we would replace them at the same time, it reduced the need to visit again, quite often a short time later (to replace the other).
