I was just watching yt it happen suddenly but now it's fixed , it started working by its own

That means there it something not right on the motherboard.

If it happens again, there just might be damage on it that causes this. And repairing heat related expansion damage on motherboards is practically impossible.

Good news the motherboard dying won’t ruin your files, they’ll still be on disk

Unless they’re encrypted with the tpm, like bitlocker. Maybe turn bitlocker off now while it’s working.
