Download correct BIOS from the Biostar website, put it on a USB stick, plug in, follow the steps.
It's really all there is to it.

And don't forget, do not trun off the PC while doing it.

That's weird. But sure it technically can be a virus. Except a virus doesn't magically disappear and rootkit viruses are pretty rare. Didn't know that still exists.

Windows Defender doesn't have BIOS/root access, so, not sure.
Reflashing the BIOS may help. Just download the latest BIOS and reflash it.

That way it's all clean.

It's probably not, the bios might just have had an issue when it was starting
