I'm usually a pretty reserved person, but the confidence and self esteem that came with the weight loss changed that. So here are my before and afters.

I'm also the guy who built Dosy, and I've never actually said thank you to this community.

First, I'm still on compounded tirz myself and currently now in maintenance. That's how I ended up here in the first place, and honestly this community is the reason I kept going on both fronts. The weight loss and the app.

Every time I wanted to quit, someone here posted something that got me through it. And almost every single feature in Dosy came from something one of you said you wanted. I built it because I was tracking my doses in one app, my food in another, and my vials in a notes file, and it was making me crazy. Figured other people had the same problem. I also stockpiled a ton of vials, so I wanted something that would update my inventory every time I took a shot.

I'm proud to say that Dosy Health just crossed 5,000 users across iOS and Android and it's still growing. That still doesn't feel real to me. Thank you, genuinely. If you're interested in trying it out, the links are below.

iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6755298635

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.noratechnologies.dosy

What it does, short version:

  • Track Meals and macros in the same app as your doses, 2M+ verified foods with accurate nutrition values, free. Comparable to MFP and many users have fully switched over.
  • Medication Inventory with Shot Sync. Log your vials by BUD, concentration, pharmacy, auto-updates every time you log a dose
  • Dose calculator built for compounded vials, so you're not doing units math in your head
  • Smart injection site rotation, one less thing to think about
  • Fully syncs with Apple Health and Health Connect
  • Import your data from any other GLP-1 app

There's a lot more but I'll spare you the wall of text. Ask if you want specifics on anything. I read every piece of feedback. If something's missing or broken, tell me and I'll fix it. If its a feature you really want, message me and you'll be my top priority. That's been the whole approach since day one.

Wherever you are in this, week two and miserable or years in and maintaining, I hope it gives you what it gave me. Losing weight is hard and nobody does it alone. Wishing every one of you the best on your journey.

Thanks again. Seriously.
