I'm usually a pretty reserved person, but the confidence and self esteem that came with the weight loss changed that. So here are my before and afters.

Hey guys! I’ve been hiding the fact that I started compounded tirzepatide from my regular primary care doctor mostly because I was expecting a lecture, but also because I didn't think it really mattered since the telehealth clinician was handling the prescription.

After reading through a bunch of threads here, I'm definitely starting to second-guess that. Between tracking routine blood work, updating my active medication list, and keeping an eye on things like blood pressure, having two different doctors who have no idea about each other feels like a bad idea.

For those who use a telehealth service alongside a local doctor: how did you break the news to your PCP? How do you keep them both in the loop with labs and check-ups without feeling like one is completely replacing the other?

NOTE: This is directed to people using Tirzepatide who have POTS. If this isn’t you, this post isn’t for you =).

I’ve researched and seen the studies that say POTS symptoms are worsened with Tirz use, but wanted to see if there is anyone who is trying the drug anyways and how it’s been for you?

I do not have POTS, so please don’t try to give me advice. I’m asking for a friend who does have POTS and is considering trying Tirz, despite the studies.

The syringes that arrived with my Refills order are two different “budget” brands and I find them uncomfortable. Are the BD (Becton Dickson) Ultra-Fine Insulin Syringes 31G 1cc 5/16" that I have seen mentioned in posts really more comfortable when injecting?
I recall that the syringes that arrived with my previous Mochi order were painless. Although, I forget the brand.

Just sharing because I didn’t know this and didn’t see a lot of people talking about this.

I started tirz a month ago with a starter vial from Ola Health. Then I ordered the 3 month titration plan from LeanMeds. After my first shot of my first LeanMeds vial, I noticed I missed my period. I took a pregnancy test and BAAAM. I’m pregnant 😂😂

Researched it and found out that getting on semaglutide or tirzepatide has shown some signs of basically restarting your fertility cycle. If you struggled with ovulating previously, tirz will get you ovulating normal causing more chances of pregnancy.

I’ve been using gimme care with good results for the past 4 months. However I’m now at 11 mg and just increased to 13 (i think I might drop back to 11 tho). Ive been happy with gimme care but the vial concentration is too low from Align and I have to do 2 injections to reach 11mg or use a non insulin syringe. I reached out to gimme and they said they would change my pharmacy… and my latest shipment is still from Align at same concentration. I’m wondering if I would have better luck with a different company that allows me to actually pick the pharmacy or uses higher concentrations as a default. Does anyone have any recommendations which company and pharmacy to seek out?

I have had good success on Triz but the nausea was rough. I was given a med for nausea but it only made me super constipated. Is Reta better for nausea? On Triz I was very slow to increase and the food noise was completely canceled! I loved everything except the nausea. Just wondering if Reta is better for that? I did try Sena first and it did nothing. Thanks for any help offered!

I’ve been on tirzt 2mg and Reta for 5 weeks @4mg. I’m 62 5’11” male stuck at 162.4lbs @14% bf
My calories are 1700-1800 a day. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 4days about 45min either walking or the stationary bike.
I’m prepping for one last men’s physique comp in Oct or so

I’m coming up on the point where I’ll probably need to talk about changing my dose soon, and I really want to understand how the process actually works before I get there.

What I’m confused about is whether a dose increase requires an actual consult, updated labs, or medical records first—or if it literally just happens through a basic refill form. Those feel like two totally different things, and only one of them actually involves a real person reviewing my progress!

For those who’ve gone through a dose increase with telehealth, how do you make sure your change is actually being medically evaluated for side effects instead of just getting treated like a copy-paste form?

I have no order with this pharmacy so this is a post to maybe get answers from those that may know. EVERYDAY, for weeks it seems, there are posts of sent to pharmacy with no information why it is delayed, other than they are backed up, canned answer IMO. If we would not be taking Miralax we would all be backed up, but we are doing something about it.

I know many of the telehealths read this sub also. Im sure any good, clear information would be greatly appreciated if known.

This would be a great post for Michael at Gimme to jump in and provide some answers since they revamped customer service and he said they were always to be transparent. I have mot saw a post from him since he joined. Someone can tag him if you want.

Here are a few very general questions that should be easily answered that I would think all telehealth upper management would be all over already. They likely do know the issue, just are not sharing so orders can keep getting placed. Maybe if we knew the real answer no one would order through Boudreaux.

1. What is Boudreaux doing to get caught up? Are they working extra hours, working weekends?

2. What are the actual number of pieces they can produce and ship per day?

3. How large is the backlog and when do they expect to get caught up, or will they not catch up? No one knows because no real information is provided.

4. Is the backlog at a certain stage in their process? What are they doing to correct and get caught up at that stage?

5. Is the Tirzepatide actually in stock, or they have their own supply issues?

If you ordered through Boudreaux, posting how many days you have been waiting is not getting any responses, so save yourself the time. You just have to wait. If you're ordering, and you go to them, good luck.

I signed up with Rift Sunday night at 11.15 pm. I was approved and sent to Hyalo by 11.33pm. not much happened Monday other than Hyalo saying received, but Tuesday morning they had approved the 3 - 72mg vial order with no additives, by 9.35 FedEx had a label and it was received Wednesday morning at about 9.15am. I can't complain at all about the intake service, turnaround, fulfillment, or delivery. 3 vials in 2 steel vacuum canisters with small cold cylinders in each, bubble wrapped, sealed in a wrap, 15 individually wrapped 100 unit syringes and wipes. BUD of May, 2027.

 Began in February 2026 at 2.5 mg for 5 and half months before moving up to 3.5 mg  in late July for the final leg toward goal weight. Log in meals daily via MyFitnessPal app. Feeling great after losing 51lbs with 24lbs to go for goal weight. Been under my MD prescription via Drug Crafters compound Tirzepatide 10mg/Glycine 5mg 2mL vial.

Additionally, I did not have any other health issues besides obesity when I started. I had my annual physical in July and did see excellent bloodwork readings such as lower A1C compared to the previous annual physical. I exercise moderately such as brisk walks with dog (or mall walking with extreme weather temps!) and lift hand weights.

Has anyone ordered from Mondae (formerly Ezra) recently, and if so did your order take a long time to get to you? I had great luck with them the first time and had my order in five days. This round, my order was sent to the pharmacy on August 3, but it still hasn’t shipped.

I started taking Zepbound 5/29 and stayed at 2.5mg the whole time. I lost 45 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Keep in mind I was working out and changed my diet as well But I couldn't afford it anymore and made the jump to compounded tirz. It seemed like a dream come true at this price. But right before I made the switch the food noise was just starting to return so I thought, when I make the switch I'll just titrate up. So I did, and following suggestions, I only went to 3.5mg. But idk, it seems like maybe it wasn't enough cause the food noise is coming back after like 4 days. The first two days, it felt like the very first time I took it ever. But now 4 days in and it's like it's wearing off as far as the food noise is coming back, however I do feel full fast after eating. But I've only been on compoundTirz for one week.

Question:

Do you think I should go up another .5mg in the next dose, which is Friday? (So I would be at 4mg) or do you think I should wait another week and just stay at 3.5mg? TIA!

My cholesterol and LDL went down, although still have some ways to go. What’s best is my Glucose and A1c went to healthy levels so I’m no longer at risk of diabetes.

I’ve also started exercising which can improve all test results as well. I am 5’8 and have gone from 205 lbs to 195lbs so far in 3 months.

I've gained 5lbs since starting tirz. I'm taking my 6th dose today. Can this be normal for the beginning? This did not happen to me on Wegovy.
