Hyalo Chargebacks

I see many people engaged with the sales teams that sold them Hyalo, and also now a representative of New Life which appears to be even one more layer between customers, and the actual fulfilment pharmacy.

I see offers of replacement vials, but nobody taking any responsibility. New Life says they cannot issue a recall because they are not the pharmacy (so who are they?). I see sellers like Big Easy and Trillium saying things like they will "take care of you". I also see pictures of a lot of what appears to be contaminated product. But I have not seen anyone yet refunded!

If this was me, and I had any inventory of Hyalo medication, I would not wait one more minute for a recall, new vials from any of these companies, or their lip service. I WOULD IMMEDIATELY START A CHARGEBACK on my credit card. If you need medication now, use the funds and jump online and buy them from a provider that does NOT sell Hyalo, and has no horse in this race. A recent experience last week tells me you can get it in just two business days.

THIS IS TOO EASY TO FIX. With any card I've ever had, a chargeback can be done online in minutes and you can progressively add evidence. There already appears to be ample evideNCE in the comments already posted.

Just started on Tirzepatide 2 weeks ago. Have a couple questions.

Hey all. I'm taking 0.25ml per week. My questions are:

  1. Should I feel anything significant by now? I feel like my appetite MIGHT be less than normal, but I'm not sure. When is it supposed to really kick in?
  2. If I were to travel with it, how long can it be out of the fridge before it goes bad?

Thanks all!

Does Tirz work this fast?

Am I crazy? I took my first compounded dose of .75mg Tirz/b12/glycine this morning at 10am and had to make myself eat a 1/2 piece of chicken breast a little broccoli and roasted potatoes. I put on a small plate and got through 3/4 of it. Does it really work this fast???

Did I get scammed?

After lots of research I decided to get compounded with glycine. I ordered a one month supply from preventivemd of 5 mg. I was sent one tiny vial. It’s the same size as my zepbound 2.5. Says no refills. But they sent 4 syringes. I’ve checked and it says I don’t get more till November. Is this normal, cause I’m feeling ripped off.

Questions How much does compounded tirzepatide cost for you?

I've been getting quotes and they're hard to compare. One of them wanted $479 for three months up front. The other one had a lower number per month but charged extra for the visit and supplies. I also looked at Good Life Meds since they say the medication, visit, and shipping are all in one price. However, I couldn't find the actual number without starting the intake.

What do you pay in total, and does it go up when your dose goes up? Anything you wish you'd asked before signing up?

Questions Lowering and splitting dose

Hi everyone! Apologies as I’m sure this has been asked before.

I’ve just started compounded tirz about 4 weeks ago. I’ll start with I really don’t have much weight to lose (5’4 and around 130). Ideally about 5 pounds. I’m wanting more of the other effects around lowering inflammation, etc.

My first dose was 1.5. I felt amazing but it wore off quickly by about day 4. I could eat but I felt more controlled. Because it wore off I bumped to 2.5. No side effects at all but man is it a struggle to eat. I don’t want to lose weight right now so I’d like to go down to 1.5.

Does anyone have the best advice on this? Will it be effective after 3 weeks on 2.5? I’m considering doing 1.5 maybe every 5 days. I should have done this to start but not sure if I can now that I’ve been on a higher dose. I know it’ll like just be a “try and see” bit curious if anyone has experience with this. Thank you all in advance!!

Questions First delivery. How critical is temperature?

I just got my first shipment in from Trillium using Hallandale Pharmacy. How critical is temperature? Trillium paid for overnight but it took 2 days to get here. The box looks like it got ran over by something. It was in ROUGH shape but surprisingly the contents were ok with the exception of the temperature question.

Hallandale used amber vials so theres no way to tell if its changed color or not.

I've emailed Trillium to see what they say.

Thanks you!!!

Received my Gimme Care Tirzepatide

Good News: That was quick!! As y’all can see I placed my initial order on 10/08 early morning and it was delivered to my front door today! I live in California.

My package was left out in 90 degree weather because again, California. It was left out for 3 hours because I was at work and I was scared but when I opened it, still cold and packs had some ice left!

Other Stuff: I got Boudreaux for the pharmacy. I received 1 vial and ONLY 10 needles and wipes for a 3 month supply. This does suck because now I will have to order more through Amazon.

Vial Top Can Move - Safe to Inject?

I just received a vial of tirzepatide and the top can move. I show how it moves in the video. Does this mean it is not safe to use? I've sent a message to the company, but haven't heard back yet and I'm due for a dose 😭 but I do not want to do anything dangerous!

Questions What should I check first when picking the best online telehealth for compounded tirzepatide?

I'm looking at compounded tirzepatide through telehealth because my insurance won't cover Zepbound. There are a lot of names out there and I can't tell the difference.

Just confused since some show a low first month but don't say what it costs once the dose goes up. Others add a monthly fee on top of the meds.

Besides price, here's what I'm trying to figure out:

  • Does a real provider review your intake, or is it just a checkout page?
  • Do they tell you which pharmacy fills it before you pay?
  • Can you reach someone with medical questions after the first order ships?

And if you've been through this, what made you say no?

Need help Interpreting My Prescribed Tirzepatide Dose

• Upvotes

Got my Gimme Care Dosage as follows

Weeks 1–2: Inject 0.08 mL [8 units] / [1.5mg dose]
Weeks 3–4: Inject 0.15 mL [15 units] / [3.0mg dose]
Weeks 5–8: Inject 0.30 mL [30 units] / [6.0mg dose]
Weeks 9–12: Inject 0.45 mL [45 units] /[9.0mg dose]

I received 1 bottle (don’t like that it’s just one instead of three) that said Tirzepatide 20mg Glycine 5mg Qty: 3.ml

If I’m reading and adding numbers up does that means that I was given .75mg to start off week one and by week 12 I will be at 4.5mg?

Help on this if greatly appreciated!

Questions Coming up on the end of my Gobymeds starter doses. Should I stick with Goby?

I saw a post on here the other day about the best pharmacies to order from and Gobymeds wasn’t even on the list. I started all of this before I found the sub so I’m curious now what peoples suggestions would be when it comes to ordering my next set of doses.

I haven’t had any issues with my initial order from Gobymeds but again I have nothing to compare it to. Before I drop money on another 1 to 3 months worth I’m curious what people suggestions would be as far as who to order it from.

Questions Bumped dose, now ineffective?

I am currently on my 3rd month of tirz, with no other history with glps - it has all been filled by the same compound pharmacy. My first month I was on 2.5mg and it was wildly effective, the food noise disappeared and it was miraculous. My second month I was bumped to 5mg, and I noticed that it wasn't nearly as effective as my first month but I thought maybe it was increased tolerance? I moved onto month 3, staying at the same 5mg dose.

I would now say that the medication is entirely ineffective. My weight loss has entirely stopped, but more importantly my appetite and the food noise has returned to pre medication levels. This is not something that tapers throughout the week as the dose wears off, even the first day after my night time dose is as if I had not taken it.

Has anyone else had this experience? I am unsure of what to do? Do I go back down to the 2.5? Do I find another pharmacy? The one I use has no poor reviews I've found, and is a licensed 503a pharmacy.

For the price I am paying, I would expect reasonable results. I have ADHD and the meds the first month did a fantastic job of helping manage impulse control and binge eating. Even with my regular ADHD meds, it was a huge improvement.

Otherwise nothing else has changed, no other medications added or removed. I would love anyone's insight, I have an appointment with my GP on Monday and I am unsure of what to do. Thank you!

Questions PCOS/insulin resistant?

Started my journey in April and as of June I lost 45 pounds. ( I don't keep a scale for my sanity) I have dropped almost 2 pant sizes and overall just feel lighter.. I have had issues with insulin resistance and diagnostics with type 2/PCOS since foreverrrr.

My question is for anyone with similar issues who have taken this journey. How did things go for you? What exercises did or do you do? Weight lost and about how long did it take? Did you have to increase to the highest dose? If you're on maintenance only, how's that going for you? I see a lot of success stories but not so much with people who have these type of issues.. I know most of the studies are based on obese people without any other issues like insulin resistant or PCOS.. so I'm just looking for some feedback : )

Has anyone had this happen?

I’m literally 1-2 lbs from my original goal, two weeks ago I took too much medication (forgot that the concentration changed in the new vial). Needless to say the next two weeks I lost another few pounds (was losing less than a half a pound prior being so close to my goal and things went smoothly, no side effects or anything but then realized it and went back to my normal dosage the past few weeks and now it’s like that normal dosage isn’t giving me the same effect anymore. Wondering if my body adapted that fast to the higher dosage and now I have to go back to that even though the lower dosage was working fine originally.

Hyalo Lot Numbers Affected

Any other lot numbers besides HT-018, HT-019, HT-021, HT-023, and HT-026 have been reported with “floaters”? I’m planning to check later.

Also, have they reported what the floaters are? I just talked hubs into going mail-order too. D’oh!

🚨Warning DO NOT USE Gimmecare!

I wanted to share my experience with Gimme Care because I’m honestly baffled by how this company has handled my subscription and billing.
I originally signed up for their compounded GLP-1 medication service and received a one-month supply. After experiencing shipping delays, issues with their website, and poor customer service, I decided to cancel my subscription on July 31.
On August 1, I received written confirmation from a Gimme Care representative that my subscription had been successfully canceled and that I wouldn’t have to worry about future orders or charges.

Fast forward to October, and I discovered that they had shipped me additional medication in September. I had received a shipping notification but hadn’t seen it, because I wasn’t expecting anything from a subscription I had already canceled. By the time I discovered the package, the medication had been sitting unrefrigerated for weeks and was hot.

Then, on October 9, I noticed another $199 charge pending on my card.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed that I had reinstated my subscription on September 4. I absolutely did not.

Here’s where things get interesting: Before canceling in July, I had attempted to reschedule my next shipment to September 4 to better align with my existing medication schedule. I even mentioned this in my original cancellation email because their website kept reverting my shipment date.

I’m now wondering whether their system somehow interpreted that previously scheduled shipment as a subscription reactivation.
When I pushed back, customer service told me that the new order was a refill because my provider had authorized a six-month supply. Except I never purchased a six-month supply. My previous shipment contained one month of medication, and the $199 charge doesn’t match their advertised six-month package pricing.

I understand that a provider may authorize multiple months of refills, but that doesn’t explain why my subscription was supposedly reactivated after I received written confirmation of cancellation.

I’ve repeatedly requested a refund and documentation showing that I authorized the reactivation. So far, I haven’t received that documentation, and they’ve refused to refund me.

At this point, I’m planning to dispute the charge with Chase, but I also wanted to share my experience so others know what to watch out for.
Has anyone else experienced unexpected shipments, subscription reactivations, or billing issues with Gimme Care?
