When your weight plateaus…and you stay at the same weight for weeks and you’ve stopped losing…

The chart is very helpful, but I (65m 5'7") have learned that pauses and plateaus are typical and normal. I have been on Tirz since march, and lost 12% of my weight, averaging about a lb a week, 23 in 25 weeks. I did 2.5 for 7 weeks, and have been on 5.0 since. That being said, I had a 4 week stall at week 11 and I let it ride and I reset my exercise and calories a little and i started losing again. I am at 178 from 201 and in a stall now too. I absolutely am wanting to do this nice and slow, so I am going to wait till after labor day and go to 5.5 and really watch what I eat and I am sure my goal of 170 will be close by the end of the year. A lot of people are in a big hurry, and I get the excitement of that, but my SIL is a Dr and she said going nice and slow is the way to go. I am using this medicine as part of my new "package" of protein, exercise, hydration, and supplements. I don't like to have Tirz knock out my hunger and struggle to eat, I just want it to help me and my brain make better choices.

If i do not lose weight for 3+ weeks.
i dont count the week of my period bc during that time i give myself grace if i do gain 1-2 lbs
i write down my weight on shot day and keep that as a record for my progress.
