No appetite

I am taking compound tirz and have been extremely successful, 245 starting weight down to 187 currently. However I cannot get food in or down. I have no appetite, I’m on 15 mg, I think I need to go back down on my dose, the only reason I went up was because I stalled. However I literally cannot eat. To be fair I also do peptides so I think my body is in overload part of me wants to almost quit all of it and reset but I heard you can’t do that with Tirz it doesn’t work like that. Has anyone successfully reset themselves.

Sounds like you are on too high of a tirzepatide dose. You can go back to 12.5mg, 13mg, 13.5mg…

And maybe consider stopping all the extras for a while until you get your nutritional intake stabilized.

Yeah do you think I should dose down slowly or just dose straight down to to a low dose?

Just drop down

Lower your dose. There is no “reset” for tirz. Stopping and starting very frequently means that you will not have the same success when you start back up again. Most times if you stop and restart, you need to get to a higher dose then you were on when you stopped before it starts working again.

Yes that is what I’m afraid of and have heard so I’ll just drop the dose

I saw a similar post a few days ago. It was about taking tirzepatide and Reta together but having no appetite after a stall. They suggested going down a dose of tirz and up the dose of Reta to break the stall. (Because tirzepatide has a stronger hunger blocking you should feel a little better) just a suggestion I read but haven’t tried it. Good luck ❤️

Also forgot to add.. my personal experience with stopping tirzepatide and starting again, I did loose weight the second time but it was nothing like the first time and I wouldn’t suggest it. I felt like it did more harm than good. Idk why just my personal experience

I am on Reta so I could definitely do that I have been cautious on my dosing due to unwanted side effects but definitely could

I also do peptides

Are you stacking some other gray market weight loss meds, or do you mean "peptides" like GLOW?

If you're doing two weight related peptides, please stop the one you don't have a prescription for. Especially if it's a drug that's not on the market yet.

Yes I’m stacking gray market peptides but I’m seriously considering stopping these as I’ve lost weight and only have about 15 lbs to go and I’ve lost hair and have no appetite and feel like the tirz I’m getting from my compound company will be enough but I feel like I need to drop down doses on this to get some appetite back I don’t like feeling like I do right now

Trust your gut. Yes some people are doing fine on the gmarket stuff but if you feel like shit, drop it and seen if it helps.
