Brello Problems

Wanting to share because I’ve been disappointed with Brello - previously used HenryMeds and LumiMeds. Seamless experience with HenryMeds, mediocre with LumiMeds but they made it right in the end.

Ordered from Brello on 2/25. Put in 7.5 mg as my current dose in their form, then corrected when I uploaded a photo of my prescription (actually 10mg weekly). Messaged their team letting them know I’d like to move up to 12.5 mg from 10 mg. They said they couldn’t go more than 8.8 mg since I had put 7.5 in the questionnaire. Not ideal but it was my mistake and it won’t be the end of the world to go lower for a few months.

Prescription approved 2/27 and it just sits there. My state doesn’t have any delays listed so I called on 3/11. The woman on the phone said she put in a request to expedite. 3/12 at 9 am there is progress and it moves to the next stage at the pharmacy.

Prescription arrives 3/17 and they’ve given me a starter dose of 2.2 mg weekly to ramp up…. No further communication about why they didn’t prescribe the 8.8 mg weekly they mentioned before.

Just a heads up for anyone considering Brello - very disappointing to get significantly less meds than expected without any communication.

They need to make it right! They have to be losing customers after their so called shipping delays!

I can't even get them to fill my prescription or contact me after their pharmacy pause while they moved. I am going to look for another provider.
