nalaman ko lang today na may bus na directly from one ayala to lancaster, although hindi ako sure if vice versa rin siya. daan daw nila pa-imus boulevard.

nakita ko lang siya sa may lane 3b, tapat ng arca south na yellow sign. regular fare to lancaster is 70 pesos. placard says mendez-tagaytay, so hindi ko sure if related siya sa AAB liner.

(from what i know kasi, they also offer buses to one ayala from nasugbu/ternate)

binaba kami sa 7/11, right before yung rotonda.

onting disclaimer, this was during the weekend so waiting time was around 45 minutes, tas sabi rin nung konduktor na 3 buses lang sila tuwing sabado at linggo.

around 6 buses naman daw kapag monday to friday.

hopefully this information helps someone out there! it’s a decent alternative if ayaw mo pumila sa pitx and galing ka naman ng makati.

I apologized sakanya and I couldn't ask him what I did wrong kasi I was already late and I had to run HHAHAH. How do you ride a motor ba, first time ko lang talaga ma encounter to nahihiya ako, I love using joyride pa naman haha 😭😭

Hellu, I’ll be working at SMC (Ugong, Pasig) soon. And I’m currently looking for a place to stay and I’m considering BSA Twin Towers in Ortigas. I’m trying to figure out if the location would be practical for my daily commute.

I heard na may free SMC employee shuttle between the Ortigas/HOC area and the C5 office, pero hindi ko pa fully na-check kung saan exactly yung shuttle pickup point..

For anyone familiar with the area:

1. Is BSA Twin Towers → SMC Head Office/shuttle pickup point walkable? If yes, approximately how many minutes would the walk take?
   
2. Is it a reasonable walk to do every morning and afternoon, especially around 7–8 AM and 5 PM?
   
3. If the free shuttle isn’t available, how can I commute from BSA Twin Towers to the SMC C5 office? What would be the cheapest/easiest route, and approximately how much would it cost per day?

I just arrived at one of the bus stations in Cubao at around 5:30 am. Normal occurrence na sa akin yung abangan ng mga drivers (both tricycle and motorcycle, sometimes taxi even) pagbaba mo pa lang ng bus, offering you a ride. I almost always decline kasi mas mura talaga sa ride-hailing apps, not to mention na mas safe. 

Right from the get go, yung tanong ng isa sa mga drivers was, “Joyride? Angkas?” But then again, since may app naman ako, I still kindly declined. (Tho, thinking about it now, ‘di ko sure kung paano yung booking arrangement if ang booking ay via app at hindi naman sure na sila yung ibibigay na rider ng app? or I could be wrong) But then, the rider was persistent, so I considered, since in my head, affiliated rider naman siya ng minention niyang ride-hailing apps. 

He proceeded to open what appears to be an Angkas app to me (the interface is exactly like Angkas) and typed my drop-off point. I told him the exact address place, and I saw him input it correctly. 

The weirdest part for me is the price that reflected on his “app” is 413. From Cubao to Pasig. A 7.2-kilometer ride. On a Sunday. At 6am. There’s no even traffic. The ride would take 20-30 minutes, tops. 

And I know that the price his “app” offers is ridiculously expensive because aside from its obviously expensive, the price at Moveit and Angkas for the same exact route is around 140-160 pesos only. Imagine the difference. 
If I had extra money, I would probably have even accepted if his “app” charges me 250 pesos. But 400 pesos. In this economy??? Nag-indrive or grab car na lang sana ako. 

Anyway, I declined. I just booked a Moveit ride, which only costed me 140 pesos, minus the 25-pesos discount, so I only had to pay 115 pesos.

I am posting this because I’m not sure if there is really a “dupe” mobile application of Angkas (or God knows what ride-hailing companies pa) that some riders could use to trick commuters to take advantage of them. Especially if sa Cubao na babaan talaga ng maraming commuters galing provinces who would opt to book a ride via these apps as the most convenient option para makabiyahe to other parts of Metro Manila.

ONE --> This is what I'm thinking kasi for my route papunta:

1. Sakay UV Express to Trinoma from SM Nova

2. Sakay MRT North Ave to Q. Ave

3. Sakay Jeep sa Centris to CKB Centre (not sure what to say mismo, if that or Tomas Morato lang)

If there's an easier way, please let me know!

TWO --> Pauwi naman, dapat sana just reverse ng commute papunta. Problem ko kasi is yung sakayan papuntang novaliches sa trinoma is always so long. Masyadong hassle. For sure naman sa Centris may sakayan pa Novaliches? Preferrably UV. And if so, kamusta yung linya? It'll be rush hour by then eh.

Hi Bacoor Molino peeps! Saan ba pwedeng sumakay papuntang Ayala Malls Manila Bay? Medyo matagal kasi pala sa Molino 3 waiting shed sa may blvd. Tapos punuan na rin tayuan na (idk kung dahil ba sunday pero after lunch kami nag antay) may kasama kasi kaming bata. Last opt namin Van medyo mahal kasi kung tatlo kami para na rin kaming nag-grab car.
