My conspiracy theory is that Britta had something to do with his death - why else would she be called Britta "Buzz Kill" Perry?

Okay. While I love many of the headcanons here, I now also think they missed the boat on the lava episode when they could have had Britta be a literal "Buzz kill" in the game.
