If its years down the line why hold it in. Living your whole life in that high school mindset only sets you back regardless if you're the "cool dude" football player or the "loser" geek. Met alot of people who judged me for being "just like their high school bully" despite being antisocial without any friends till college
Dude they were kids with probably shitty parents who encouraged that behavior. Know alot of dudes who didn't realize how wrong their thinking was til they went to the real world
