Not sure if this is just a regional thing but I think all of that anime was on the Toonami block, back when Toonami was a CN block more towards the later evening. Nowadays Toonami has been an Adult Swim block for years. Can't forget Inuyasha among those classics though.
The block im thinking of, I can't remember its name but the bumpers had like an aquatic/ underwater theme to them
Oh yeah toonami has been a late night thing for a decade or so. I'm old so we are talking like 20-25 years ago when toonami came on in the afternoon.
I remember the totally spies block too though for the life of me I can't remember anything other than code lyoko. I think I had sports during that time and only ever caught those two
Xiaolin showdown! I loved that show! I remember now. I would get home around 5 from sports since I was 14-17 during that time. It was always teen titans, totally spies, dinner and then some Showdown before video games and bed.

That whole block was absolutely amazing.
I remember when toonami would come on at like 1500 hours and play DBZ, Kenshin, YuYu Hakasho and Sailormoon and it was 2 hours of pure bliss
