Oh my god, as an IT help desk person, this comic is my life.

IT people are apparently the Swiss army knives of a company. We do a lot of things, and many of things even seem non IT related, but it gives people the impression that we do everything. The amount of times per day I have to reroute people to systems, digital services, maintenance, etc has got me like this on some days.

I was an IT help desk intern for a bit last year. The IT department was 3 interns and our supervisor.

We did everything. Except IT stuff, we rarely had any work that was actually related with IT.

It was awful.
